The resort offers stunning Lake view villas, duplex villas for families, garden villas and a nice room for disabled. All the villas are build in traditional Kerala architecture, and each part of the rooms have a hint of traditional ethnicity present in their designs, be it the slanted roofs, beams, bed posts, heavy wooden doors and windows, linen, upholstery, metal furnishings, etc. A mix of luxury and antique beauty. Bathrooms are large, airy and open-roofed with pebbled flooring and greenery.
Two-storied duplex villas facing the pool are built for those with children or larger family members. The rooms face a huge, wide porch and the duplex villas have a lower living area, with an upper sleeping area.
The Punnamada Restaurant, a traditional South Indian cuisine, serves delicious Kerala dishes. This includes the very famous karimeen fry which is a very sought after and tasty delicacy of the region.
